Privacy Policy
AxiomFlow Compare is built so that we never see your documents. This policy explains what that means in practice.
Your documents never leave your device
When you add files or paste text, they are read and compared by code running in your own web browser. We do not upload, receive, store, or have access to your documents, their text, or your comparison results.
What is stored on your device
Saved comparisons (including page images, your review decisions, and notes) are kept in your browser's private storage on your device so you can reopen them. They are deleted automatically after 7 days, when you choose Delete or Delete all, or when you clear your browser's site data. Report details you enter (agency name, preparer, logo, license code) are also stored only in this browser. Anyone with access to your browser profile could open them, so use a device and account you control.
What we do not collect
We do not use accounts, advertising, analytics, tracking pixels, or cookies.
Service providers that receive basic connection data
Like any website, loading the Service sends standard technical data (such as your IP address, browser type, and the time of the request) to the providers that deliver it. None of them receive your documents.
- Cloudflare hosts and delivers this website.
- jsDelivr delivers the site’s fonts (IBM Plex), the open-source PDF-reading and text-recognition code, and the English text-recognition language data the first time you compare a scan or photo. The page is only allowed to load specific, version-pinned files from it.
- Stripe (with its Link service as the seller of record) processes paid subscriptions. If you subscribe, Stripe receives your payment and billing details under its own privacy policy; we receive your name, business name, email, and subscription status, never your full card number.
Their handling of this data is governed by their own privacy policies.
When you email us or subscribe
If you email us or subscribe, we receive what you send, such as your name, email address, and agency details. We use it only to reply and provide the pilot, and we do not sell it. Ask us to delete it at any time.
Children
The Service is intended for businesses and is not directed to children under 13.
Changes
We will post any update here with a new effective date.
