Terms of Use
These terms govern your use of AxiomFlow Compare (the "Service"), provided by AxiomFlow ("we", "us"). By using the Service you agree to them. If you use it for an organization, you confirm you may accept these terms for it.
1. What the Service does
AxiomFlow Compare finds textual differences between versions of documents you provide. It runs in your web browser: your documents are read and compared on your device and are not uploaded to us. See our Privacy Policy.
2. Not professional advice
The Service provides factual text comparison only. It does not provide insurance, legal, financial, coverage, or other professional advice or recommendations, and it does not interpret what a change means. You remain solely responsible for reviewing source documents and for any decisions, advice, or communications to clients.
3. Accuracy
Comparison results, text recognition (OCR) of scans and photos, and automatic number and amount highlights can be incomplete or wrong. Results that say no differences were found do not prove documents are equivalent. Always verify important findings against the original documents.
4. Your content and acceptable use
You keep all rights to your documents. You must have the right to process the documents you use. You agree not to misuse the Service, including by attempting to disrupt it, reverse engineer it in violation of law, or use it for unlawful purposes.
5. Early access
The Service is in early access and may change, be interrupted, or be discontinued at any time. Comparisons are stored only in your browser and may be lost; export anything you need to keep.
6. Paid pilots
Paid pilot plans are governed by these terms plus any order form or written agreement we sign with you. If they conflict, the signed agreement controls.
7. Disclaimer of warranties
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, ACCURACY, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT, TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW.
8. Limitation of liability
TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR BUSINESS, ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM IS LIMITED TO THE GREATER OF THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US IN THE 12 MONTHS BEFORE THE CLAIM OR US$100.
9. Indemnity
You will defend and indemnify us against claims arising from your documents, your use of results, or your breach of these terms.
10. Third-party components
The Service uses open-source software under its own licenses. See Open-source licenses.
11. Changes and termination
We may update these terms by posting a new version with a new effective date. Continued use means you accept the update. You may stop using the Service at any time.
12. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Illinois, USA, without regard to conflict-of-law rules, and disputes will be heard in the state or federal courts located in Cook County, Illinois.
